With all new purchases of Mini-Play Makeup® products and services we offer a 15 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a refund at any time within 15 days of the order date. All refunds are subject to our standard refund policy, below.
Refund Policy:
If you feel you require a refund (e.g., you ordered the wrong items, etc.) you may request a refund by contacting us. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ship the product(s) back to Mini-Play Makeup, in new condition, within five days of our response to your request. Failure to contact us first, forfeits your opportunity for a refund. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason. Please note that Mini-Play Makeup has gone to great lengths to advertise and make the consumer aware that the products sold are 100% fake. Therefore, if you have purchased thinking Mini-Play Makeup products are real, refunds will NOT be granted.
If a refund is approved, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your PayPal account or to your credit/debit card for the purchase price only, minus the 20% restocking fee.
